The roofing material amendment passed at the Annual Meeting, and this amendment was recorded on March 10, 2020 at O.R. Book 5737,  Pages 2205 et seq in the public records of Collier County, Florida.  Recorded Amendment is here.
 
Important Proposal To Improve Kings Lake HOA Documents

At our next annual meeting YOU will be asked to vote to change the current way we update our HOA documents . Currently, any change requires 75% of all owners (a total of 890 votes) to approve of the change. However, the process as written makes any NONVOTING owner a NO vote making it virtually impractical to modify our documents.

Irrigation Pumps

It was discovered that our irrigation pumps have been damaged by “Iron bacteria”.  Both pumps have been removed and are in the process of being rebuilt.
 
We have installed a temporary diesel pump that is operating each night between the hours of 3:00 pm – 7:00 am.  Please follow the irrigation schedule for Kings Lake:

Report unauthorized persons fishing in our lakes to the Collier County Sheriff’s Dept. at 239-774-4434.
 
Nuisance alligators should be reported to the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission at 866-392-4286.
 
Coyotes should be reported to the Wildlife Hotline at 888-404-3922.
 
Speeding vehicles should be reported to the Sheriff’s Department at 530- ZOOM
